2011 Portrait Sessions – $275
What’s Included -
- 2 Hours on location shoot – (includes up to 40 miles round trip from zip code 10031 – additional mileage will be charged at .50 cents per mile)
- Up to 5 people – ($20 per additional person)
- A $75.00 retainer is required to book the portrait session. This retainer is non-refundable if the session is canceled for non-unforeseen reasons.
- Full payment must be made prior to the photo session.
- The best images from the session will be provided at High Resolution delivered via DVD or compressed zipped file downloadable via link from rjavierphotography.com
PLEASE NOTE
- All parties MUST be on-time for the photo session. A grace period of 30 minutes from the scheduled time will be given to be at the photo session location. If there is no show after the grace period I reserve the right to cancel the photo session and the retainer portion will be non-refundable. Please understand that if we do not meet as scheduled this affects any other shoots that I may have for that day as well as my other plans for the day.

- Photobooks – full price must be paid in full prior to placing the order

- 10×8 – 80 sheets (160 sides) Hard Cover with Image Wrap – $200
Please allow two to four weeks before receiving the final material.
* Portrait session price(s) does not include travel fees (mileage, tolls) if applicable, shipping and handling charges.
* Cash or Paypal may be used to make the deposit or to pay in full – please contact me for more specific instructions. I prefer payment via Paypal.com
* Full payment must be made at least one week prior to the photo session. If full payment is not made prior to the photo session I reserve the right to cancel the session. I prefer not to collect payment the day of the photo session.
* Please be on time – we need to meet at the scheduled time for the photo session.
